Approved the first three-year Strategic Plan

Signed the first MoU with NHTC, Bharatpur and Tansen Hospital to conduct BMET, AAT & SBA training
2006
Started Rural Staff Support Program as a pilot program in Jiri, Gulmi and Bajhang hospital
Awarded the first Nick Simons Award to Dr. Tarun Paudel, MDGP.
2007
Signed an agreement with Patan Hospital to conduct Anesthesia Assistant training.
2008
Signed MoUs with NHTC, Bharatpur and United Mission Hospital, Tansen to conduct BMET, AAT & SBA training

Pioneered the Follow-up Enhancement Program.

2011
Piloted Hospital Management Strengthening Training in 4 district hospitals which later scaled up in government system as Minimum Service Standards.
2013
Launched Diploma in Biomedical Equipment Engineering program.
Converted NSI's legal entity from a Pvt. Ltd. to NGO.
2015
Signed the first five-year Project Agreement "Nepal Rural Healthcare and District Hospital Support Program" with the Social Welfare Council.

Handed over MSS Software to MoHP
Established the first Provincial Biomedical Workshop in Sudurpachim province
