Research, Advocacy and Monitoring (restructured as Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning-MEL) are integral parts of NSI as they are the foundations for strengthening the programs and organizational work. This department systematically tracks and assesses the progress, effectiveness, and impact of NSI intervention, and uses the information to make informed decision and improve performance.
